Shipping Fees

All orders placed on this website are shipped free of charge within Japan.
Please note that at present, we only ship within Japan and do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Carriers

Orders will be delivered via Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post.
Customers cannot select the shipping carrier.

Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 2–3 business days after the order is completed
(orders placed by 2:00 PM may be shipped the same day).
Delivery may be delayed under the following circumstances:

• High order volume
• Incomplete or incorrect order information (e.g., payment authorization errors, incorrect address)
• Adverse weather conditions or traffic disruptions
• Busy periods such as year-end/New Year holidays, Golden Week, or summer holidays (Obon)
• Delivery to certain remote regions may take longer than usual
