Unintended lines (vertical or horizontal) appear on the monitor screen

1. Check to see if the protective film has been removed .
The product is shipped with a protective film attached. If the protective film on the surface of the monitor has not been removed, it may appear as a scratch or a display defect. First, check to see if any film remains on the surface of the monitor.

2. Check the cable connections . Make sure the video signal cable (HDMI/DisplayPort, etc.) is securely plugged into the monitor and PC. Try unplugging and plugging it back in.

3. Try a different cable or port . If you have a different cable or a different input port on your PC or monitor (HDMI2, DP, etc.), try reconnecting to that port and see if that improves the situation.

4. Check by connecting to another device
If possible, connect to another PC or game console and check if the same issue occurs.

"No signal" is displayed with Type-C connection.

Please check the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Please check if the Type-C to Type-C cable you are using is compatible with video transfer.
There are two types of Type-C to Type-C cables: 1) a charging-only type (for example, the cable that comes with Apple) and 2) a charging + video transfer type. Please note that your cable may not support video transfer.
  2. Unplug all cables from the monitor and let the monitor sit for at least 30 minutes (to discharge power), then plug it back in.
----Static electricity may build up during use of the monitor, which may cause the Type-C connection to become unstable. To prevent this, connecting a ground wire will release static electricity and ensure stable operation.
  3. If the image still does not appear after performing the above troubleshooting steps, please try connecting the monitor to your computer with an HDMI cable if possible. Check that the monitor's display function is working properly.
---If the HDMI image is displayed, the Type-C cable may be faulty. Please try changing the cable.
The screen does not display even when connected via USB Type-C.

1. Check the USB Type-C port on your PC .
Your PC's USB Type-C port must support DisplayPort Alt Mode or Thunderbolt 3/4.
Please check the PC manufacturer's official website or support desk for compatibility information.
*If it is not supported, please consider using a different connection method (such as HDMI) or device.

2. Reconnect the cable
Please try plugging and unplugging the Type-C cable several times to see if that improves the connection.

3. Temporary discharge : Unplug the monitor's power cable and Type-C cable, leave them for at least an hour, and then plug them back in. This may resolve any temporary issues.

4. Check on another device
If you have another device that supports Type-C connection, try connecting it to the monitor and see if it displays an image.

5. Check with a different connection method (HDMI)
First, connect your device to the monitor with an HDMI cable and check if the image is displayed properly.
If normal: Connect one device to the Type-C port and another to the HDMI port on the monitor. Then, switch the input using the monitor's menu button, manually switch the source from "HDMI" to "Type-C", and try to see if the image is displayed.

6. Check the earthing
One of the reasons for the no image display issue is that the ground wire is not connected. Please check that the ground wire of the monitor's power cable is securely connected.

My 4K monitor is displaying distorted images, with purple and green horizontal lines.
  1. First, check out these general troubleshooting tips .
  2. If you see purple or green horizontal lines:
When connecting a MacBook/iMac/Mac mini/HP laptop to a 4K monitor, the high bandwidth required can cause image distortion or purple or green horizontal lines to appear on the screen, depending on the cable used. This is likely caused by using a conversion cable or adapter (e.g., Type-C to HDMI cable or hub) that does not have sufficient bandwidth.
In this case, we recommend using a genuine Apple conversion adapter (cable) or a high-bandwidth adapter, or connecting directly via HDMI or DP without using a conversion adapter. If you have any trouble selecting a conversion cable, please contact us.
No power on/black screen

All of our mobile monitors do not come with batteries and must be powered by a power adapter or connected device.

Please disconnect all cables connected to the monitor, connect only the power cable, and check that the power light on the side of the unit is lit.

  1. If the power light is not on , check that the cables are securely connected and that there are no problems with the power adapter.
If possible, try a different adapter.
If the problem persists after trying the above, the device may be faulty. Please contact us.
  2. If the power light is on, check if the screen displays "No signal" or "No signal."
If the power lamp is on and there is no display at all, there may be a problem with the device itself. Please contact us.
  3. If the message "No signal" or "No signal" is displayed, please refer to here .
"No signal" or "No signal" is displayed and no image is displayed even when connected to a device

This phenomenon itself does not necessarily mean that the device is malfunctioning. It is a common condition that occurs when the power is on but for some reason no video signal is being input.

  1. For HDMI connections : There may be a problem with the cable. Try using a different HDMI cable if available. Alternatively, connect the same cable to another device and check if it works properly.
    - There may be a problem with the connected device, so please try connecting it to another HDMI-compatible device.
  2. For USB Type-C connection
When connecting via USB Type-C to Type-C, both the Type-C port on your device and the CC cable must support video output (DisplayPort Alt Mode).
・About your device: To find out whether your device supports video output, please check with the manufacturer, or let us know the model number and we will check for you.
    - Regarding cables: We generally recommend using the included CC cable.
If you are using a commercially available cable, make sure that it is a product that supports video output (DisplayPort Alt Mode).
*Please note that video output is not possible using the included AC cable.
    - Possible insufficient power supply: Even if the device and cable are compatible with video output, if you are connected using only one USB Type-C cable, there are cases where the image will not be displayed due to insufficient power supply.
In this case, try using the included power adapter to power the monitor as well.

If the problem persists even after checking the above, the device may be faulty. Please contact us.

Can I connect it to a Switch?

Yes, both the Switch and Switch 2 support HDMI connectivity via the official dock.
The Switch Lite does not support TV mode and cannot output video to a monitor or TV.
*When connecting to an external monitor, please detach the Joy-Con from the console to operate and play.

For older Switch models (first generation and OLED models), a USB Type-C to Type-C connection that supports video transmission can be used without using a dock. However, due to power consumption, we recommend using the power adapter that comes with the monitor or the original Switch power adapter.

The Switch 2 does not support Type-C connections.

Can I connect to a smartphone?

Yes, it is possible to connect.
Your smartphone's Type-C port must support video output (DisplayPort Alt Mode), and you must use a Type-C cable that also supports video output.
*Since many smartphones have low power supply capabilities, the monitor requires a separate power supply.
