These regulations stipulate the warranty details so that you can use the product with peace of mind even after purchase.
If a product malfunctions, we will replace it with a new product or a refurbished product that has been confirmed to be in working order, in accordance with these regulations.
Please note that the warranty does not cover items purchased indirectly from a third party, second-hand items, prizes, etc.

Warranty period
The basic warranty period for monitor products is one year from the date of purchase.
After purchase, please contact us via the designated procedure to extend the warranty period by one year free of charge, for a total of two years .
