These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the online shop (“Service”) provided by Cocopar (“the Company”) on this website. Users (“Users”) agree to these Terms when using the Service.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
The Company may establish separate rules regarding the use of the Service (“Individual Provisions”), which constitute part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Individual Provisions, the Individual Provisions shall take precedence.
Article 2 (User Registration)
Registration for the Service is completed when a User agrees to these Terms, applies through the Company’s prescribed method, and receives approval from the Company.

Article 3 (User ID and Password Management)

Article 4 (Sales Contract)
A sales contract is formed when a User submits a purchase request and the Company provides notification of acceptance.
Ownership of the product transfers to the User upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
The Company may cancel the contract without prior notice in cases such as:
