Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the online shop (“Service”) provided by Cocopar (“the Company”) on this website. Users (“Users”) agree to these Terms when using the Service.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
The Company may establish separate rules regarding the use of the Service (“Individual Provisions”), which constitute part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Individual Provisions, the Individual Provisions shall take precedence.

Article 2 (User Registration)

Registration for the Service is completed when a User agrees to these Terms, applies through the Company’s prescribed method, and receives approval from the Company.
The Company may refuse registration without providing reasons in cases such as:

  • Submission of false information

  • History of violating these Terms

  • Other reasons the Company deems registration inappropriate

Article 3 (User ID and Password Management)

Users are responsible for managing their ID and password and may not transfer, lend, or share them with third parties.
The Company will consider any login using a registered ID and password to be conducted by the registered User.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company, the Company is not liable for any damages caused by third-party use.

Article 4 (Sales Contract)

A sales contract is formed when a User submits a purchase request and the Company provides notification of acceptance.
Ownership of the product transfers to the User upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
The Company may cancel the contract without prior notice in cases such as:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Delivery cannot be completed due to unknown address or long-term absence

  • Situations where the trust relationship with the User is considered compromised

Payment methods, shipping methods, and procedures for cancellations or returns are separately defined.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals

  • Acts related to criminal activities

  • Infringement of intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks

  • Interference with the operation of the Service, destruction of servers or networks

  • Unauthorized access or impersonation of others

  • Collection of personal information or commercial use deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 6 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability)

The Company strives to provide accurate and secure operation of the Service but does not guarantee completeness or suitability for specific purposes.
Except as legally non-excludable, the Company shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the Service.
The Company is also not responsible for disputes arising between Users or with third parties.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Content provided through the Service (product images, text, etc.) may be viewed and used within the scope of general use.
Unauthorized commercial use or reproduction is prohibited.

Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Company will appropriately handle personal information obtained in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (GOVERNING LAW)

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HK.

Article 10 (Amendments to Terms)

The Company may modify these Terms without prior notice to Users as necessary.
Use of the Service after such modifications constitutes agreement to the amended Terms.
